Upstream Trail Run on Aug. 10 (Sat.)

The "Upstream" Wild Trail Walk & Run
features fire trails and upper stream trails
along the Namdaecheon, where salmons
come back home. The crystal-clear water
and deep forest are a perfect sunshade for
the suffocating summer heat.

You can enjoy the cold temperature and
wet body during the run even though the
stream course doesn't allow harsh runs due
to mosses, stones, rocks and aquatic plants.
Chest-high reeds are another fun like a
maze: not dangerous, though, as they are
just beside the stream lines.
